V KNOW is a classic example of how you can brand the online study classes in the most exclusive manner. AS Foundations, one of the reputed Chartered Accountancy classes in Pune wanted to brand themselves and become the pioneer of creating and distributing video tutorials in pen drives. They wanted to create a new online portal where they can showcase and market all the study material in the form of video tutorials.

The initial concept
We suggested to create a new brand under AS Foundations which will come under brand architecture. Taking this thought ahead, they approached BrandMatterz with an aim of entering the digital realm and providing the best of knowledge to all the aspiring students.

Brand Creation
After several brainstorming discussions, we proposed that why not to implement other financial courses along with CA coaching since they were already the pioneers in creating video tutorials. To begin with, we gave an example of Byju’s, an online aggregator and advised that the company can become an aggregator platform for all the professional finance & accounting courses like CS, CMA, CPA, CFA. This entailed the creation of a new age name and brand creation.

Brand Identity
We created a new brand identity under brand architecture of the online portal which was named VKNOW, a short form of ‘Victory of Knowledge’. The new company name was also a turning point since it also depicts the initials of the Founder, Mr. Vinod Kumar, who is popularly known as VK Sir amongst everyone. We also designed a premium looking e commerce website where students can purchase the study material, save it in the shopping cart and proceed ahead for the payment.
