Formerly known as 5star Constructions, ANP Corp. came to us with a brand new project that was unique to the city. Fully functional studio apartments. A project named ‘The Deck’ by BrandMatterz treated studio apartments like hotel rooms and provided all the facilities a hotel would provide.

The initial concept
The BrandMatterz team dived right into the soul of the project that presented itself as youthful, futuristic, practical and profitable. Since the term studio apartments came with a preconceived notion of being cheap, the team decided to term it ‘Premium Suites’ since that was the actual essence of the project.

As ‘The Deck’ itself was one of its kind in the city, the campaign too had to reflect the same. From appealing to an investor who can be a corporate employee to an NRI to appealing to the end user who is young and vibrant the campaign had to bring out the best of all worlds in this project.

A vibrant, youthful and hatke approach was taken for this project that no other real estate developer had ever done. Working on graphical depiction of how life would be in the project, our team showcased elements that spoke the language of the youth.

Bring the first full blown campaign of Pune after a stressful lockdown, we decided to go big with - over 40 hoardings across Pune - Radio ads on all Major Stations - 5 full page ads - Aggressive digital marketing The above attracted a number of Channel Partners and clients which created a lot of traction within the city.

As the ANP Corp. name was fairly new to the market, the huge success of this campaign gave a boost to the mother brand as well. ‘The Deck’ has not only been a thriving project but has sold record numbers in units and the buzz created has surely put ANP Corp. on the Pune Real Estate map.
